Our Virtual Law Office
Bezich Law provides its clients and potential clients the ability to utilize our virtual law office (the “Virtual Office”) , which facilitates attorney-client communications and allows for the sharing of client documents through a secure software-as-a-service platform on bezichlaw.com. To utilize the Virtual Office,, you must register on bezichlaw.com by entering certain personal information and request a username and password. Accessing the Virtual Office does not establish an attorney-client relationship with Bezich Law.
Any information received by Bezich Law through the Virtual Office is kept confidential. Bezich Law does not sell or otherwise disclose to third parties any personal information that you provide through bezichlaw.com and/or the Virtual Office, except as may be required by law, including but not limited to cooperation with law enforcement and other governmental authorities.
Communications and transactions conducted via the Virtual Office utilize a secure http address, and are intended to provide you with the highest industry standard protection available on the internet. Payments are processed by a cardholder information security program (CISP) compliant credit card processor. Note that we do not store account numbers on our servers.
No Attorney-Client Relationship Created
Neither review nor receipt of information presented on bezichlaw.com, nor any email or other electronic communication to/from Bezich Law or its attorneys will be deemed to create an attorney-client relationship. No user of bezichlaw.com should act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of information presented on bezichlaw.com without first consulting legal counsel.
An attorney-client relationship is established only after an attorney of Bezich Law has expressly communicated the ability to accept representation of your matter and an engagement letter has been executed. The engagement letter shall clearly set forth in writing the scope of legal services to be performed by Bezich Law, and must be expressly agreed upon before any legal services are performed. Representation will not include services that have been expressly excluded, or those that are otherwise outside the scope of the written agreement. Bezich Law may decline representation for a number of reasons, including if it is determined that a conflict of interest exists.
As set forth above, an attorney-client relationship is established only after an attorney of Bezich Law has expressly communicated the ability to accept representation, and an engagement letter has been executed by the client. After an attorney-client relationship is established, the client has the right to terminate the relationship with or without cause at any time. If the client decides to terminate the attorney-client relationship, the client must notify Bezich Law in writing. The client will only be obligated to pay for only those services performed through the date that the letter of termination is received by our office. Any outstanding funds for services not performed will be refunded to the client within 10 business days.
License To Practice Law
We are licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. bezichlaw.com is intended to comply with all applicable laws and rules of professional conduct, including the rules in those jurisdictions where websites may be considered advertising. A visit to bezichlaw.com is not intended as client solicitation.
Use of Client Funds
Visitors to bezichlaw.com and/or users of the Virtual Office will not incur a fee. However, where an attorney-client relationship is established as set forth above, fees for legal services may be incurred. In some cases, Client funds will not be transferred to Bezich Law until the legal services requested by the client are ready to be accessed and received by the client. Note that most matters handled by Bezich Law require payment of the agreed upon legal fee before Bezich Law will begin work. After payment of the agreed upon legal fee has been confirmed and received through a cardholder information security program (CISP) compliant credit card processor, the client will have receive those services set forth in the scope of services contained within the engagement letter.
